Stourton Park has a large clubhouse which has a balcony for fans who would perhaps like easy eaccess to the clubhouse bar. It is a very good view of the game from here.
Opposite the clubhouse is a stand which can hold 450 spectators.
Stourbridge recently upgraded and installed new floodlights in 2007 meaning they now have the ability to host evening matches.
The changing rooms are situated on the ground floor of the clubhouse. There is a gym, physio room, showers, and 5 changing rooms.
Parking at the ground is free of charge as it’s included in your matchday ticket price. This is very useful as it means you don’t have to walk far once parked.
If you like to perhaps sample a few of the local ales before arriving at the ground, Stourbridge is a great place. There are over 60 great pubs in the town of Stourbridge. Nearby pubs are The Foresters Arms which is about a 500m walk from the ground, The Plough which is about 800m from the ground, and just 1 mile from the ground you have Enville Street which is a short road with 10 pubs. Many use this road for the ‘Enville Run’ where they visit each pub 1 after the other. For a full list on Stourbridge pubs visit https://www.stourbridge.co.uk/htm/pubshtml.htm
About a 10-15 minute drive away is the Black Country Living Museum. It’s roughly 9 miles, and is worth a visit. The Museum is full of historic buildings from all around the Black Country have been moved and authentically rebuilt at the Museum, to create a tribute to the traditional skills and enterprise of the people that once lived in the heart of industrial Britain If you’d like further information on this you can visit www.bclm.co.uk
They are just a couple of recommendations, but there are many more like the fantastic canal trips, so if you’d like to look further into what Stourbridge has to offer then please visit https://www.stourbridge.co.uk/
