Traveling from Launceston town
Go to the Westgate Inn, have a drink with Trevor while you wait for the Minibus to collect you and take you to Polson! The mini bus operates on a circular route and is £1 for a round trip. It starts the route an hour and a half prior to kick off (1pm for 2.30pm KO and 1.30pm for a 3.00pm kick off. (Mini Bus only available on National League Division One matches)

Travelling from Plymouth
Come to Launceston either through Callington or Tavistock along the A388 or A386, (both roads meet just before you get to Launceston.)
Continue on this road and go straight over the roundabout next to the new housing estate on the right with an exit on to the A30. You will go over the A30 pass Tesco on your left. At the double mini- roundabout turn right towards Polson. Follow the round around and down, straight over a roundabout by another new housing estate, and continue until you see the grounds in front of you. Turn LEFT away from the grounds (signposted St Leonards) and then first left into the grounds, follow the road around under the bridge for access to the grounds.
Traveling from the East into Devon & Cornwall
Leave the M5 bearing left and merging into the A30 signposted Okehampton (among other junctions).
Continue along the A30 for approximately 40 miles.
Leave the A30 at the junction ‘Liftondown’, (approx 2 miles before Launceston) signposted Tavistock,Lifton, Liftondown and Polson. (this is a sharp left turn)
At the end of the slip road, turn left at the T junction, signposted Polson, which takes you under the A30. You then drive parallel with the A30 through Liftondown.

Traveling from West of Launceston
Keep on the A30, do not leave at the Launceston exit.
Continue past the Launceston exit, and past the Tavistock exit (which is almost immediately after).
You will go across the River Tamar into Devon
Take the first Devonian exit signposted Lifton, Liftondown, Polson.
Turn left at the top of the slip road.

You’ll drive down a fairly steep windy hill and cross a curved bridge which crosses the River Tamar and takes you into Cornwall. You will see the rugby ground to your left. You cannot turn left into the ground - this is the EXIT.
Opposite the exit from the grounds:
turn right down a lane (Signposted St Leonards)
take the first left which will take into the grounds.
There is parking in this field. (Castle Car Park) You then follow the lane on foot under the A388 into the ground.
There is disabled and other parking closer to the clubhouse which is accessed along this lane.
PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO PARKING ALLOWED ALONG THE A388 or on the Triangle opposite the Pedestrian Entrance. Vehicles can use the designated Parking Laybys or club car parks, but must NOT park along the grass verges on either side of the road. No waiting cones will be placed to identify areas which vehicles may cause obstruction to the road, pose a risk to emergency vehicles or simply parking against Highway Rules.
